Arrived in New York in 2014 for what should have been a one-year experience, Romain Jouffre ended up staying in the Big Apple to develop an unique business. Born in Lyon, the capital of French silk, Romain Jouffre is now at the head of Ateliers Jouffre, which perpetuates the great tradition of the upholsterer’s trade by creating custom-made pieces for the world’s most famous interior architects and designers.
